SPHERE-O SCULPT CLASSES
Sphere-O- Sculpt is a high intensity cardio class that will sculpt the entire body while burning maximum calories. The class uses easy to follow combinations that can be modified for every fitness level and a small weighted hand held resistance ball. The movements focus on reshaping the upper arms, the legs, shoulders, triceps, and abdominals. This class is ideal to target female trouble areas. The class uses dumbbells, resistance bands, a small weighted fitness ball, and a mat. All of the movements can be performed with high impact or low impact.

YOGA/ STRETCH
Our Yoga/ Stretch class is designed as a combination between Yoga, stretching, and Pilates. The workout is designed to specifically lengthen, stretch, and strengthen all of the muscles in the body while focusing on relaxation. This class uses a mat.

TABATA CLASSES
Tabata is a type of Interval training. Interval training has been shown to burn up to 20% more calories per session than performing cardio exercise at a consistent pace. Tabata training is 20 seconds of intense movement with 10 seconds of rest. It burns maximum calories and tones and sculpts the entire body. Emphasis is put on heart rate zone training. The class uses dumbbells, resistance bands, small weighted fitness balls, and a mat. All of the movements can be performed with high or low impact.

INTENSE CIRCUIT
Intense Circuit is an interval style class that combines cardio endurance with muscle building exercises using different techniques and fitness equipment. The class will vary each time and incorporate a combination of cardio drills, weight lifting, resistance bands and many more. The exercises will challenge your muscles and elevate your heart rate into the fat burning zone for maximum benefits. This class contains advanced fitness exercises however all of the exercises can be modified for any fitness level.

INTERVAL BOOT CAMP CLASSES
Interval Boot Camp is interval training using 1 minute timed intervals. The intervals alternate between cardio training and sculpting exercises . Interval training has been shown to burn up to 20% more calories in a single session than performing cardio exercise at a consistent pace. The class uses dumbbells, resistance bands, small weighted fitness balls, and a mat. All of the movements can be performed high or low impact.

SCULPTING CLASSES
This class focuses on toning and tightening the whole body. Most of the class will be spent working in the anaerobic zone. We will work all major muscle groups to promote body symmetry and prevent injuries. Benefits include tighter thighs, leaner legs, toned arms, more shapely abdominal muscles and more. This class uses a combination of body weight resistance, dumbbells, bands, and a mat.

KICKBOXING CLASSES
Our Kickboxing classes are high energy cardio classes that use martial art style kicks and punches in easy to follow combinations. Kickboxing sculpts and defines the entire body. All of the movements can be done with no impact if desired.

UNIQUE CLASSES
Each month we try to offer at least one new and unique fitness class. All of our 1 time fitness classes are approperate for all fitness levels. Look for these classes on the current schedule each month. they will be highlighted in yellow.

3-2-1 CLASSES
This class is a type of high intensity interval training. You will perform 3 minutes of challenging cardio intervals followed by 2 minutes of anaerobic exercise and 1 minute of abdominal work. The class will cycle through these intervals for the duration of the class. The class can be modified for any fitness level.
