Our Personal Training and Nutrition programs are designed for each individual client. We take the time to do a complete evaluation and listen to your goals and concerns. We never use a one size fits all approach. We use a variety of different techniques and equipment to assist you in achieving your goals. We believe in a whole body approach to health and fitness.

Group Fitness Studio located at 10000 S. Central Ave in Oak Lawn 

1/2 hour session  $20.00

 1-hour session    $30.00

In -Home training, (with in 5 miles of the Oak Lawn area)

1/2 hour session  $25.00

 1-hour session    $35.00

Outdoors or Community Recreation center

1/2 hour session  $25.00

 1-hour session    $35.00

BODY FAN SCAN

We will measure you current body fat using our machine. Body fat is a more effective measurement of health than BMI. 

CALORIE INTAKE

Using your Body fat measurement, current weight, and fitness level we can accurately assess how many calories your body is currently utilizing each day. Using this number we can help you develop a practical diet to assist you with your goals.
